Joining the Cross Country Team at North Kingstown High School begins with this 4 Step process:
1. All athletes must register online in order to tryout for any sport at NKHS. Much of the information we collected on forms in the past is entered and stored here for future registrations. Here is the link to sign up:

2. Make sure your student has a current (within 15 months of tryout date) physical on file in the athletic office.
Physicals can be returned in one of the following ways.
1. Return to the temporary offices set up at
100 Fairway Drive.
2. Scan and email to the athletic director.
3. Drop it off in the athletic office at the
high school, 150 Fairway Dr. - there is a
privacy box on the door
3. Any athlete who has never played a sport at NKHS must turn in an "Assumption of Risk" form signed and notarized. This only has to be done once in four years. Use the 2014 form found in the link below for the 2015 season.
Please note, this all has to be completed prior to the first day of tryouts. Coaches are given rosters of eligible athletes the morning of tryouts. If your athlete is not on the list they will not be allowed to tryout that day.
